Felted pod aspiring to become a handbag

All those gorgeous, rich, jewel-like, dyed fibres came together to create this 12″ high felted pod, but it is calling out to me to become a handbag. I hope I did the fibres justice and kept their beauty.

  3. Hi Carole, more gorgeousness from your skilled hand. I still would like to know if you have found a market for them as I often wish I could be your agent here?

I have just picked up your reply to my latest Blog, thank you. Today mist has gone and once again we are in the hands of a glorious spring morning, slightly chill but blue skies. Did you get bad snow this year, my sense was you had a better winter? Just curious.

    • Valery, I would it if you could be my agent in your part of the world, we need to put our heads together. As for winter, it’s been spectacular here, a few snowy days but nothing much, hardly any rain, blue skies and sunshine, everything is in bud and very confused about the weather, yesterday was 17 degrees so we went walking in the mountains. Loads of love to you two too, Carole XXXXX

My wife, Carole, is producing some amazing textile work. Lately, a lot with felting. Why not drop over to her blog and check out her projects, tips and tutorials and lots more. You’ll also find more about her work, including lots of beautiful work for sale, through her Bagsalicious Facebook page.
